The difference between an induction cooker and infrared cooker

The working principle of infrared cooker: after heating the heating furnace core (nickel-Chromium metal heating body), it forms high efficient near infrared ray. Difference one: Applicable to the pot.

Infrared cooker transfers heat directly to the pot, so the pot can be made of a variety of materials, basically no pot, any pot can be used.

Induction cooker is a pot in electromagnetic induction under the heating, if the pot with the material can not accept the role of magnetic field, then heating is out of the question, so the cooker has restrictions, can only use magnetic pot, such as iron pot.

Difference 2: Heating rate.

Infrared cooker heats slowly because it heats the heating element, which is then transferred to the pot.

Induction cooker once started electromagnetic induction, the magnetic pot will develop heat, so the speed is much faster than the electric ceramic furnace.

So in the actual use of the process, the cooking pot is more inclined to choose the induction cooker, because the heating is faster.

Difference 3: constant temperature effect.

The electric ceramic furnace has precise temperature control function, which will reduce the power when it reaches a certain temperature, so the constant temperature effect is better.

Induction furnace is intermittent heating, too hot, close, continue to heat, so the effect of constant temperature is not good.

Therefore, the hot milk chooses the electric pottery stove is better.
